Work with a provider near you. Authorized Optitrim MD providers currently operate in Arlington Heights, Brookfield, Hinsdale and Rockford, Illinois. Use Find a Provider to choose a location, or request a free consultation and we will match you with one.
Start online. If there is no clinic near you, the online program delivers the same supervised structure by telehealth, with your products shipped to your door.
Either route begins the same way: a consultation and a plan, then the products that support it. The OptitrimMD 36 g shake is dispensed through your provider. The Optitrim 16 g shake and our vitamins and supplements are available patient-direct.

You will talk through your goals, medical history, current medications and supplements, and what you want out of the program. Your provider then recommends a plan and the products that fit it. Come prepared to discuss anything you are already taking — that matters most if you are on a GLP-1 medication.
The active weight-loss phase generally runs 12 to 16 weeks, followed by a 4 to 6 week transition, and then ongoing maintenance. Your provider adjusts the timeline to your situation rather than to a fixed calendar.
Not for everything. The Optitrim 16 g shake and our vitamins and supplements are available patient-direct. The OptitrimMD 36 g shake — the highest-protein formula in the line — is dispensed through an authorized provider.
Standard shipping is a $20 flat rate, and orders over $150 ship free. Delivery generally takes five to eight business days within North America.
